After years of experience in non-leadership and leadership positions, Sabrina Giscômbe Consulting was founded to equip people in trusting positions and leadership roles with the skills needed to lead and preserve strong organizations. Sabrina Giscômbe provides training and coaching for individuals placed in positions of trust and leadership, including founders, executives, senior and middle management leaders, mentors, and team leads.

Meet your coach and trainer. Hi, I’m Sabrina Giscômbe, Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree, Harvard-certified Executive Education, and over 20 years of experience working in the social services sector, with leaders in grassroots, public sectors, and large organizations. The best way to describe me is that I am multi-hyphenated and a continuous learner. I hold ideas and leadership skills that bridge relationships. I am a strategic innovator, empathetic social worker and leader, enthusiastic encourager, creative genius, storyteller, and passionate community builder.
