Bring Clarity to Your Goals & Challenges

Navigating Leadership Challenges

Our trainings focus on helping leaders navigate leadership challenges and workplace disruptions such as loss, change, unequal power, and differences with empathy. We aim to build collaborative, inclusive teams that foster trust, psychological safety, and workplace well-being. Rooted in anti-racism, anti-oppression, equity, diversity, inclusion, belonging, and trauma-informed practices, our services emphasize creating equitable and culturally responsive workplaces.

Our training equips leaders with strategies to tackle the complexities of leadership when no handbook exists. Leaders gain insights into how their decisions and actions influence team confidence, trust, and engagement. This awareness enables them to create environments where employees feel valued, supported, and united by a shared purpose rooted in common values.

We also foster team building within our training sessions and series. While team building can happen through shared experiences, activities, and outings, participating in Embrace Leadership training goes deeper. It establishes trust within the leadership team and nurtures a greater sense of shared purpose. A key outcome of our approach is helping teams align on how they wish to work together, fostering agreements on behaviours, norms, and interactions that enhance collaboration.

Team Building

  • In this call, I want to hear about you and your organization's goals and leadership challenges. It's an opportunity for you to share openly and honestly about what you're seeking. Whether you're looking to develop yours or your leader's leadership skills; build trust, wellbeing, inclusion, belonging, and psychological safety on your team(s) or at your organization, yours and your organization's story matters.

  • At the same time, this call gives you a chance to learn more about my offerings: 1:1 Coaching, Consulting, Workshops and Training, and Panel Keynote Moderating. Each service aims to equip leaders with skills to preserve strong organizations. It's important for you to feel that I'm the right fit for you and/or your organization, and that my methods align with your core values and needs.

  • At the end of our discovery call, we'll have a clearer picture of how we might work together. If we both feel that there's a good fit, we can discuss the next steps. If not, that's okay too. My goal is for you to leave our call feeling heard, respected, and one step closer to achieving your goals.
